If you wish to organise an event in the Marche region, the Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo offers exclusive access to the property: rooms, internal and external areas, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and spa* for the entire duration of their stay. Please ask our staff, they will be happy to assist you with any needs you may have.
Our “Albergo diffuso”, or widespread hotel, includes 33 rooms, and the Urbino dei Laghi restaurant can seat a maximum of 200 people in the roofed structure and on the romantic terrace with a view over the lake. We can also organise cocktail or barbecue parties in the swimming pool area, catered by the Organic Bar during the summer. The Tenuta has a big external parking lot to accommodate up to 70 cars and two buses.
