At Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo we believe in a holistic philosophy, which we apply to ensure wellness and comfort for our guests. The old barn, after a careful restoration which has maintained its unique architectural characteristics, has been turned into a space dedicated to wellness and relaxation. The two floors of the building, which today house the Estate’s Wellness Centre, are in complete harmony with the surrounding nature, and have a breathtaking view of the hills and the centuries-old oak trees.

Our wellness program ensures a profound regeneration experience. The view of the Montefeltro hills invites to relaxation and meditation.
In the ancient restored barn, restructured respecting completely the surrounding natural elements, you can enjoy our holistic programme. The barn large windows offer an amazing view over the hills that will bring peace to your mind even before you enjoy your body relaxation. Taking a walk on a foot-massaging mattress will teach you to listen to your body and to find the key points indicated by plantar reflexology as those that can stimulate wellness in your entire organism. The heated Jacuzzi pool has a relaxing effect and welcomes the customer with its dynamic sensations. You can then continue your Holistic Programme in the small ludic pool, with its hot water cascade that will massage your cervical and dorsal zone giving you a sense of general well-being, amplified by plunging into the oil-scented hot steam of the Turkish bath. This practice helps the skin to get rid of excess toxins and impurities. To stimulate the blood circulation in your legs, we recommend a walk in the Kneipp basins, alternating hot and cold water, with a choice of different options and stimulating solutions. The next step of our Holistic Programme is a soothing and relaxing hot sauna, after which you can recharge your energy with the aromas and colours of the emotional shower. Upstairs you can find a relax area, with sunbeds and panoramic view, herbal teas and organic fruit for a sweet wellness break.
The courtesy kit includes slippers, bathrobe and towel and is included for all customers.

Spa Regulations
Dear Guests,
We kindly invite you to arrive at the Wellness Center reception at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time.
Massages and treatments booked require advance payment. Should you be unable to attend your scheduled treatment, we kindly ask you to inform the reception promptly. Cancellations made up to 6 hours before the booking time will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. For cancellations made after this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.
Please inform the Wellness Center staff of any medical conditions, pathologies, allergies, or pregnancy, so that the treatment can be carried out in total safety.
To ensure an environment of relaxation and tranquility, we kindly invite you to turn off your mobile phones and not to bring valuable objects with you. The Management declines any responsibility for any loss or theft.
We also invite you to read the internal regulations and user instructions displayed inside the Wellness Center and to respect their provisions.
Booking is mandatory for access to the SPA and for all wellness treatments.
